All processors are bound by contracts that require them to use data only on our instructions.

Where we transfer personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and UK Addendum, supplemented by transfer-risk assessments and technical safeguards (encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls).

No internet transmission is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

EEA/UK residents: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection.
California residents (if CCPA/CPRA applies): know, delete, correct, opt-out of selling/sharing, limit use of sensitive PI (not currently collected).

We post any changes here and, if material, notify you by email or a Site banner at least 30 days before they take effect. The "Last revised" date shows the latest update.
